Job Description:

Clearance: Must have a minimum of an active TS/SCI; CI Poly desired

We are seeking a Knowledge Manager to support one of our clients. This role assists in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing. You will work with centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to shape workflow and processes. This position requires working as part of a knowledge management team under moderate supervision.

• Assist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing for analytic production.
• Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems.
• Compile reports on performance, usage metrics, and future requirements for knowledge management capabilities.
• Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
• Develop information system requirements supporting mission requirements.
• Capture and update user and functional system requirements through interviews, reviews, and assessments.
• Support the creation of logical data models based on functional requirements.
• Develop use cases for new applications and assess detailed systems factors.
• Interface with users to define problems, determine data availability, and validate requirements.
• Coordinate and participate in all related knowledge management meetings and activities.
• Maintain and update requirements documentation in various data repositories.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of Knowledge Manager experience.

Education: A Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience related to Knowledge Management, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• A Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years.
