Project Manager; PMP

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMP-certified) to support U.S. Army facilities and construction programs at Fort Meade. This role supports complex, multi-disciplinary Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects, including roofing, HVAC/mechanical, and electrical modernization efforts.

This is a non-personal services role supporting government decision-makers through high-quality, deliverable-driven project management.

• Lead project management activities across the full project lifecycle, from requirements development through closeout and warranty
• Manage schedules, risks, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, risk registers, and schedules
• Support pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases
• Ensure deliverables meet Army/DoD standards, quality requirements, and timelines
• Utilize document control systems (e.g., SharePoint-based PM platforms) to manage project records and metadata
• Provide practitioner-level PM rigor aligned with PMP standards

• Active PMP certification (or equivalent recognized PM certification)
• 5+ years of project management experience supporting facilities, construction, or infrastructure projects
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary construction or SRM projects
• Familiarity with Army or DoD facilities environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site at Fort Meade as required

• Experience with roofing, HVAC/mechanical, or electrical modernization projects
• Prior experience supporting Army DPW, USACE, or other DoD installations
• Familiarity with construction QA/QC processes
• Experience working within document control or project management systems
