Seeking a motivated Senior Systems Engineer to support the Target Discovery & Tradecraft program. The engineer will work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, aid in structured planning, gather and synthesize use cases, translate requirements into actionable roadmaps, and facilitate new data streams to support intelligence analysis and discovery.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Collaborate closely with technical leadership across directorates to define and scope analytic tradecraft requirements. Assist with defining and documenting goals, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of analytic capabilities. Support leads with quarterly project reviews and other performance monitoring.
• Collaboratively work across organizations to identify, prioritize, model, ingest, and operationalize new data sources.
• Bachelor's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent. Understanding of Agile and other constructs.

• Knowledge of customer dataflows and sources.

In compliance with Maryland's Equal Pay for Equal Work law, the annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. This range represents the base pay for this role and is provided in accordance with Maryland's requirements to disclose compensation in job postings. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.

In addition to base salary, candidates hired into this position may be eligible for a hiring bonus of $10,000.00, subject to applicable contingencies and Navstar policy.
