Railhead, Inc is seeking a Targeting/All-Source analyst to support the Army INSCOM US Army Counterintelligence Center (USACIC) at Fort Meade, MD. The candidate shall perform allsource Cl threat targeting tailored to the planning and execution of US Army tactical Cl missions.

• Provide expertise and advise INSCOM USACIC (Cl) Directorate as it establishes, implements, and sustains programs and initiatives that fully and effectively promote it's Cl strategic missions and objectives in conjunction with the Intelligence Community (IC), and Law Enforcement (LE) community.
• Leverage expertise in support of INSCOM counterintelligence programs and initiatives through indepth research, compilation, collaboration, and analysis of a wide range of extremely complex and sensitive information as it pertains to the Army counterintelligence mission.
• Provide analytic support to intermediate and senior-level personnel for a wide range of complex and sensitive analysis and production tasks intended to identify, neutralize, or influence the activities of Foreign Intelligence Entities (Fl Es), terrorists, insurgents, and other entities adversely affecting the regional mission and inform the larger agency and community.
• Conduct all-source targeting research and provide expertise in structured analytic methodologies to support targeting and targeting production.
• Produce written assessments, memos, and other finished professional products and deliverables, including but not limited to:
  Referrals, II Rs, CEMs, CMs, NIPs, and Cl Incident Reports (Cl Rs) to DoD customers and Other Government Agencies (OGAs) for action.
• Provide, coordinate, and present government-approved briefings as required.
• Provide advice on the collection and triage of suspicious reporting received from cleared industry.
• Collect and maintain operational mission data to build short- and long-range calendars to support targeting.
• Create weekly updates on supported operational activities and projected mission schedules.
• Create and/or update the SOP for unit analytical support activities.
• Update and maintain the repository utilized to store TCI products.

• BA degree and 8 years of relevant experience. Associate degree with 12 years of experience.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience working as an Intelligence Analyst in a Technical Cl field, similar position.
