Position Summary
CTI is seeking an experienced TS/SCI polygraph (Intel Agency) cleared Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to join our team in the Annapolis Junction area and other field sites.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and in accordance with Agency missions of Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance and Computer Network Operations
- Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and from related collateral sources (for example IMINT, MASINT, open source and others as needed) for use or decision by Government personnel
- Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs
- Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements
- Share target‑related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate
- Issue appropriate products, which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable
- Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance and build target knowledge and improve collection to execute Agency and the Intelligence Community's missions
- Perform pre‑release quality control functions
- U.S. citizenship
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent direct experience within the last five (5) years in serialized, strategic, 2nd echelon target analysis reporting
- Level 04: minimum fifteen (15) years of experience
- Level 03: minimum twelve (12) years of experience
- Level 02: minimum nine (9) years of experience
- Level 01: minimum six (6) years of experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in an Agency mission area (e.g., collection, cyber, intelligence analysis) or a comparable mission in the IC or DoD, including drafting/editing intelligence reports
- Ability to author reports based on simple or limited traffic
- Knowledge of technologies and/or topics needed to identify analytic vectors
- Demonstrated application of advanced SIGINT reporting, e.g., use of STI, unusual tearlines, Post‑Publication actions, RFIs
- Experience with software applications and databases used for SIGINT report writing and target development
- Experience drafting and/or editing finished serialized SIGINT product reports for release
- Intelligence Agency polygraph strongly preferred
- DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAT Certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, SSCP, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with cyber security of Intelligence Community networks and operations
- Experience with SIGINT and collateral report repositories to conduct research that enhances reporting and integrates multiple sources
- Knowledge of basic SIGINT reporting policies
- Demonstrated ability to independently discover reportable information within office workflow tools
