Sr. HUMINT Targeting Cell ; HUMINT Targeting Specialist Security Clearance

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. HUMINT Targeting Cell Support (HUMINT Targeting Specialist) to support a Federal Government client. Availability contingent upon award.

• Shall coordinate, plan, prepare, publish, maintain, write, execute, assess, and brief operations from initial concept or task until the mission is completed.
• Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and/or non-lethal engagements.
• Develop target nominations, create database records, and produce target intelligence products.
• Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assist with combat assessment requirements.
• Conduct collateral damage estimation, perform target list management, target strategy development, and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
• Provide recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Provide database nominations, create and update databases, and upload TMs into databases.
• Develop HUMINT leads based on Army G2, IG2X, and/or unit collection and targeting strategies by researching multiple classified and unclassified resources and databases to support current and future full‑spectrum US Army HUMINT operations.
• Conduct research and develop responses and lead tenders on RFIs for collector‑generated leads once validated by the Officer in Charge (OIC).
• Provide leads to the TRB as a Target Nomination Package.
• Assist on additional leads reported to the TRB by evaluating nominations for passage to the appropriate supported operational element(s).
• Prepare and provide to the supported element lead tenders, operational support packages, and target development packages.
• Liaise with operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies, and federal law‑enforcement elements to foster cooperation and information sharing.
• Pass CI leads derived from HUMINT leads to the appropriate HUMINT elements for consideration.
• Continuously assess asset reporting.
• Assess and prepare production reviews in conjunction with source validation boards.

• 12 years of experience conducting CI/HUMINT analysis with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years.
• High School Diploma – 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
• Associate’s degree – 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree – 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree – 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
