Joint Targeting Analyst Do you have strong analytic skills and a problem‑solving mindset? Are you eager to support warfighters, protect national security, and inform national leaders? As a Targeting Analyst you will apply specialized technical experience to cyberspace operations and intelligence collection, enabling mission owners to succeed.
You will help clients understand their operational landscape within the Joint Targeting Cycle, use various collection platforms, explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources.
- Experience with targeting fundamentals, including BTD, ITD, and ATD, and the Joint Targeting Process
- Familiarity with Joint Publication 3‑60, ICD 203, and ICD 206
- Experience with Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) and Joint Targeting Toolbox
- Knowledge of all‑source intelligence (SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, HUMINT)
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Associate’s degree and 4+ years of Joint Targeting experience, or 6+ years of Joint Targeting experience in lieu of a degree
- Graduate of a Joint Targeting School
- Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph (required)

CompensationProjected annual salary range: $86,900.00 – $ (USD). Compensation is determined by location, education, skills, and experience.
