Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. Targeting Support to HQDA directed Efforts – (Targeting Analyst) to support a Federal Government client. The availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

- Conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of HUMINT & CI efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies.
- Provide detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum operations.
- Prioritize topics and requirements and present this analysis in a weekly report.
- Ensure recommended priorities align with ACIC plans and operations.
- Facilitate the ACIC Targeting Coordination Board on a monthly basis, including scheduling conference rooms, consolidating briefings, taking notes, and disseminating executive summaries.
- Attend targeting meetings (estimated one time per week) hosted by ACIC Major Subordinate Commands.
- Conduct analytical exchanges and engagements (estimated one time per week).
- Graduate of any of the following Military Department Intelligence Certifying Courses:
Army Officer Captains Career Course or Service Equivalent;
Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education (350F Course or Service Equivalent);
Army Enlisted 35F Course or Service Equivalent;
Senior Leaders Course; or equivalent - On-the-job training is available.
- Acquired through DoD joint service equivalent or civilian 0132, 1811 experience as an intelligence or targeting analyst in an OCONUS DoD environment.
- Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in Collection Management (3+ years) and All-Source Analysis (3+ years). Creditable experience in distinct fields cannot be combined to meet the minimum total years.
- College education does not substitute for experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and intelligence analytic techniques, including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis, and network or social network analysis.
- Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
- Experience with data processing systems such as DCGS-A, CIDNE, SIPRNET, and JWICS search engines.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on pre-appointment and periodically.
- Education requirements:
High School Diploma – 20 years’ relevant experience (minimum 2 years recent);
Associate’s degree – 16 years’ relevant experience (minimum 2 years recent);
Bachelor’s degree – 14 years’ relevant experience (minimum 2 years recent);
Master’s degree – 12 years’ relevant experience (minimum 2 years recent). - Security clearance required: TS/SCI with CI POLY or ability to obtain CI POLY.
