Role OverviewAll-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division focuses on multi-domain operations, platforms, logistics, and intelligence operations. The Due Diligence Analyst (Mission Assurance
3) supports a complex program for a Combatant Command (CCMD) in a joint or DoD environment.
- The Due Diligence Analyst will support research and analysis efforts for a DoD customer.
- Operate in a joint or unique DoD environment.
- Execute scheduled and unscheduled assessment, risk management, and due diligence assessments across diverse plans, platforms, programs, and operational functions.
- Support task areas while coordinating closely with engagement team management and client leadership on strategy, planning, execution, status, and review processes.
- Adapt to a changing client environment while meeting client expectations.
- Manage priorities and work effectively to initiate correspondence and task completion; support multiple efforts through flexible multi‑task coordination.
- Provide summary recommendations to team leadership regarding assigned work streams.
- Apply fundamental industry knowledge and standards to support client reviews, improvements, and/or implementations.
- Prepare presentations, briefings, and actively participate in client meetings and day‑to‑day interactions.
- Communicate with team management through effective status reporting and demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned task areas and work products.
- Establish professional rapport with clients and other organizations.
- Evaluate work products for technical accuracy, deliverable quality, and overall client value.
- Attend relevant training, business seminars, and/or conferences to stay current with technical skills that align with client needs and industry changes.
- Familiarity with current DoD risk management policies is required.
- Computer literate with a strong understanding of social media analysis and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter who proactively initiates projects, identifies issues, and develops solutions in real time with limited supervision.
- Position supports multiple mission partners; must be able to travel within the continental US and OCONUS locations as required.
- Position is located at Fort Meade, MD.
5 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3 years relevant experience with a Master’s degree; 0 years experience with a PhD or Juris Doctor; or a High School Diploma or equivalent with 9 years relevant experience.
- Graduate of the JCITA FOSS course or 3‑letter agency equivalent.
- JCITA Due Diligence Course graduate or equivalent.
- 5+ years of due diligence experience.
- Knowledge of various open source, digital behaviors, and common platforms used in one or more Combatant Command’s Areas of Responsibility.
- Experience with in the Intelligence Community, CCMDs (J2X/3X), CI/HUMINT/SOF.
- Must possess a current TS security clearance with SCI eligibility and counterintelligence scope polygraph.

- JCITA Advanced Technicians Course.
- JCITA FOSS Course.
- Counterintelligence Special Agent credentials.
May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
