Markesman Group is seeking Collection Targeting and Compliance Managers - All Levels to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The qualified applicant will join our team in Fort Meade. As a Collection Targeting and Compliance Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT Analysis expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security.

Position

Description:

• Identify policies and authorizations necessary to provide compliant targeting to networks and to satisfy specific collection requirements.
• Take an active role in developing, planning and coordinating the deployment of enterprise collection systems.
• Validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, and terminate targeting for NSA Access programs.
• Collaborate with collection architecture developers, signals analysts, network analysts, computer scientists, and external agencies to acquire, maintain and maximize access to global communications.
• Possess and maintain an awareness of policies, collection, processing and forwarding systems and architecture.
• Maintain requirements, targeting, resource, environmental, and tasking knowledge databases.
• Work with OPIs (Office of Primary Interest) to identify environmental changes that impact.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following: policy and compliance, signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection, analysis or processing, and/or networking and telecommunications systems. Completion of military training in a relevant area (such as Signals Collection or Analysis program) will be considered toward the relevant experience requirement (e.g., a 24-week course will count as 6 months of experience).
• A TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.

Level 1

• Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience
• Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience
• HS Diploma / GED + 6 years of relevant experience

Level 2

• Doctoral Degree + 2 years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree + 3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of relevant experience
• Associate's Degree + 7 years of relevant experience
• HS Diploma / GED + 9 years of relevant experience

Level 3

• Doctoral Degree + 4 years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree + 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree + 8 years of relevant experience
• Associate's Degree + 10 years of relevant experience
• HS Diploma / GED + 12 years of relevant experience

Level 4

• Doctoral Degree + 7 years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree + 9 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree + 11 years of relevant experience
• Associate's Degree + 13 years of relevant experience
• HS Diploma / GED + 15 years of relevant experience
