We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Visitor Control Specialists to join our team! In this role, Visitor Control Specialists will support daily operations at designated Visitor Centers (VCs), ensuring the secure entry, screening, and credentialing of all personnel and visitors. The position requires familiarity with access control protocols, identity verification, and the operation of physical security equipment to maintain a secure environment.
We have full-time and part-time positions available, with day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Issue CACs, visitor badges, and guest decals
- Conduct fingerprinting and /photo credentialing
- Screen individuals using X-ray machines and metal detectors
- Monitor access points and enforce security protocols
- Issue and inventory keys
- Maintain logs and collaborate with security personnel
- U.S. Citizen
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license or state-issued
- Eligible to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
- Able to pass a government polygraph
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Prior experience in access control, physical security, or visitor management
- Ability to perform all duties associated with access control functions
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Vision correctable to 20/20 (no color blindness)
- Normal hearing and depth perception (correctable)
