Job Description
Participates as a supporting team member in routine vehicular and foot surveillance operations under direct supervision of senior operators.
Independently conducts vehicular, foot, and public transportation surveillance operations against designated targets in support of CI investigations.
Operates standard-issue radio communication equipment using established procedures and brevity codes with supervision.
Designs communication plans, including primary, alternate, and emergency procedures, for complex multi-team operations.
Ensures all operational activities strictly comply with applicable legal authorities, regulations, and ethical standards.
Demonstrates foundational knowledge of foreign intelligence entity (FIE) and international terrorist organization (ITO) tradecraft and modus operandi.
