CNO Analyst/Programmers (multi-tiers) - TS/SCI+Poly in MD

POSITION

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a CNO Analyst/Programmers who provide custom software design and development in support of Computer Network Operations (CNO) tools and techniques. There are multiple positions from entry level to expert who support the full development lifecycle, from concept through testing, documentation, and readiness review, following established software development procedures. The analyst/programmer will design, code, and debug applications across multiple environments including Windows, UNIX, embedded, and mobile platforms.

Work may involve development using Visual Studio, .NET, make files, or proprietary and open-source build environments. The role requires programming experience in one or more of the following languages:
Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.

• Design, develop, and maintain CNO software tools and techniques.
• Develop end-to-end data flow and tasking integration for CNO systems.
• Author and maintain documentation in accordance with development standards.
• Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
• Programs in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET.
• Build UNIX applications using make files or similar build environments.
• Develop embedded or mobile platforms using GOTS, open-source, or proprietary frameworks.

• Level 0:
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Engineering with no experience required, or High School diploma with 4 years of experience.
• Level 1:
  Master’s degree plus 2 years’ experience, Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience, or High School diploma and 8 years’ experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Engineering.
• Level 2:
  Master’s degree plus 6 years’ experience, Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ experience, or High School diploma and 12 years’ experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Engineering.
• Level 3:
  Doctorate plus 8 years’ experience, Master’s degree and 10 years’ experience, Bachelor’s degree and 12 years’ experience, or High School diploma and 16 years’ experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Engineering.
• TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required for this role.
