Gatekeeper Software Engineer

Que Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer.

• Analyze system requirements to develop high quality software that meets the specified requirements.
• The candidate should be an experienced developer who can work independently on moderately complex projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decisions while continuing to grow their skills.
• Must have a proven track record of delivering projects.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines.
• Four (4) years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of nine (9) years.
• At least five (5) years of Software Engineering experience.

• Design and implement features with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate closely with the test team, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Good communication (written and verbal).
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews (both giving and receiving feedback) and general knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA).
• Experience with version control (Git).

• Full stack developer desired:
  Be well versed in front-end development as well as have experience working with relational databases (Postgre
  
  SQL).
• Java, Spring Boot, Angular (or similar), experience with AWS.
• Take ownership of features or small projects end-to-end.

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
