. In this role you will support challenging, mission‑critical projects that make a direct impact on the Nation's security and intelligence mission.

We seek Software Developers and Data Analysts with at least two years of experience in website coding, basic graphics techniques, SQL, HTML, and XML.

• Develop new, cutting‑edge software solutions for SENTINEL utilizing strong C# programming skills.
• Maintain and enhance existing functionality within the SENTINEL application.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and components.
• Develop enterprise‑level web applications using .NET Core, Razor Pages, Dependency Injection, Web APIs, and HTTP request/response handling.
• Use Entity Framework (EF) Core, Code First, Migrations, and LINQ to manage data interactions with SQL Server.
• Daily use of Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio for bug fixing and new functionality development.
• Daily use of Azure Dev Ops and Git for source code management, version control, and collaboration.
• Utilize a strong understanding of SQL Server and relational‑database principles to create, modify, and delete database objects.
• Troubleshoot and address database performance issues.
• Possess exceptional JavaScript development skills; implement AJAX calls, form validation, DOM manipulation, and interactivity.
• Style web applications using CSS and UI layout frameworks such as Bootstrap 5.
• Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Potentially mentor junior developers and share knowledge.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 12 years’ relevant experience; with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, or
• Bachelor’s degree and 14 years of relevant experience, or
• Associate degree and 16 years of relevant experience, or
• High school diploma and 20 years of relevant experience.
• Security+ certified.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with .NET Core development.
• Exceptional C# programming skills with a thorough understanding of object‑oriented programming principles.
• Extensive experience with Entity Framework Core, Code First, Migrations, and SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front‑end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
• Proficient with Azure Dev Ops and Git for source control, CI/CD, and collaboration.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Current TS with SCI eligibility.

• Understanding of ASP.NET Core 6.0 and related concepts to include Razor Pages, Dependency Injection and Middleware.
• Knowledge of CSS and UI layout frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Flexbox).
• Experience reverse engineering legacy source code to implement priority bug fixes and enhancement requests.
• Working knowledge of IIS and Web application deployments.
• TS/SCI.

Base salary range: $143,000 to $175,000.
