Overview
Agile development, CI/CD tools, primarily Windows, with some Linux, Java, Groovy, Python, Power Shell, Batch, Bash scripting, JavaScript, Angular
JS, Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) including Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, Rhapsody and Web Storm, managing virtual machines (VMs), Oracle, Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB and SQL Server, web application user interface development, database design and structures, Spring Framework, JSON, HTML, XML, XSLT, Scrum and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Experience as a member of an Agile team is required.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.
Required Experience and Skills- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph (FS).
- Must have eight (08) years of relevant Dev Ops experience.
- Must have five (05) years of experience managing tools that support software development, deployment, and integrated testing.
- Must have five (05) years of experience working with CI/CD frameworks.
- Must have meaningful system administration experience (primarily Windows, with some Linux).
- Must have experience with several of the following:
Java, Groovy, Python, Power Shell, Batch, Bash scripting, JavaScript, and Angular
JS. Must have experience with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) such as Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, Rhapsody, and Web Storm. - Must have experience with software source control and configuration management tools.
- Must have experience working in a virtualized environment, including managing virtual machines (VMs).
- Must have experience with container-based platforms used for automated application deployment.
- Must be motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new techniques and technologies, while adhering to best practices in test automation.
- Must have a strong understanding of sound software development principles and practices.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be an independent thinker capable of producing high-quality work, both individually and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB, and SQL Server. - Experience with web application user interface development, database design and structures, Spring Framework, and working with technologies such as Angular
JS, JSON, HTML, XML, and XSLT. - Experience with Scrum and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), SAFe Agilist certification, or prior experience as a member of an Agile team.
$150,000 - $235,000 a year
Pay Range NoticeThe pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
