ResponsibilitiesAs a Software Engineer you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing‑intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real‑time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. Your duties include writing well‑designed, maintainable, and extensible code, reviewing and testing software components for adherence to design requirements, resolving software problem reports, utilizing appropriate software development and design methodologies, and providing input to system design regarding hardware/software trade‑offs, software reuse, use of COTS/GOTS, and requirements analysis from system level to individual components.
Required Qualifications- Active TS/SCI with CI‑polygraph clearance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Developer
- Knowledge of: container (Docker) build and infrastructures, Kubernetes, software configuration management tools such as Git Lab, CI/CD processes, Git Lab procedures/documentation and proper coding etiquette
- Object‑oriented programming proficiency
- Familiarity with full‑stack web application development in any framework/language
- Ability to communicate design concepts and performance metrics clearly
- US citizenship required; successful candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Active TS/SCI with full‑scope polygraph
- Experience writing algorithmic code, including complexity analysis, performance optimization, and multithreading
- Experience designing and implementing user interfaces
