WS is seeking a CNO Analyst/Programmer who provides custom software design and development in support of Computer Network Operations (CNO) tools and techniques. This position supports the full developmental lifecycle, from concept through testing, documentation, and readiness review, following established software development procedures. The analyst/programmer will design, code, and debug applications across multiple environments including Windows, UNIX, embedded, and mobile platforms.
Work may involve development using Visual Studio, .NET, make files, or proprietary and open‑source build environments. The role requires programming experience in one or more of the following languages:
Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
Anticipated salary range: $89,120.00 - $. Junior level: $89,120 – $165,509. Mid level: $113,022 – $209,898. Senior level: $134,287 – $249,390.
EssentialJob Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CNO software tools and techniques.
- Develop end‑to‑end data flow and tasking integration for CNO systems.
- Author and maintain documentation in accordance with development standards.
- Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
- Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
- Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET.
- Build UNIX applications using make files or similar build environments.
- Develop embedded or mobile platforms using GOTS, open‑source, or proprietary frameworks.
- Junior level: 2 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field; 0 years experience with a Master’s; or a high school diploma or equivalent with 6 years relevant experience.
- Mid level: 5 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s; 3 years experience with a Master’s; 0 years with a PhD or JD; or a high school diploma or equivalent with 9 years relevant experience.
- Senior level: 9 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s; 7 years with a Master’s; 4 years with a PhD or JD; or a high school diploma or equivalent with 13 years relevant experience.
