Must Meet Mandates

• Must have currently active security clearance with poly.
• Have 14+ years of software engineering experience in similar scope programs and contracts, or 4 additional years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, or 4 years of additional software engineer experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Required skills and experience:
  • Linux system administration (file system manipulation, monitoring and logging, troubleshooting; command line tools: ps, netstat, top, SSH, grep)
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, automation, and monitoring of tools and processes
  • Kubernetes experience with understanding of deployment, management, and configuration
  • Docker experience (deployment, management, and configuration)
• Desired skills and experience:
  • Experience with Apache Ni Fi
  • Experience with visualization/reporting tools (Grafana, Kibana, etc.)
  • Experience with Jenkins
  • Experience hardening COTS application configurations

• The individual will work with a team of dynamic and innovative engineers to develop new capabilities supporting the front‑end processing of data for a mission‑critical tool.
• The individual will also support the modernization of the front‑end processing services.
• Support the modernization of malware analysis and develop techniques for metadata storage for knowledge management to support the defense of national security systems.
• The engineer will be part of a team that explores new technologies and prototypes new mission tools and analytics.
• The team also develops new algorithms and innovative techniques to address mission‑related problems.

Proposed salary range: $150,400 - $200,300
