Must Meet Mandates
- Must have currently active security clearance with poly.
- Have 14+ years of software engineering experience in similar scope programs and contracts, or 4 additional years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, or 4 years of additional software engineer experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- Required skills and experience:
- Linux system administration (file system manipulation, monitoring and logging, troubleshooting; command line tools: ps, netstat, top, SSH, grep)
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, automation, and monitoring of tools and processes
- Kubernetes experience with understanding of deployment, management, and configuration
- Docker experience (deployment, management, and configuration)
- Desired skills and experience:
- Experience with Apache Ni Fi
- Experience with visualization/reporting tools (Grafana, Kibana, etc.)
- Experience with Jenkins
- Experience hardening COTS application configurations
- The individual will work with a team of dynamic and innovative engineers to develop new capabilities supporting the front‑end processing of data for a mission‑critical tool.
- The individual will also support the modernization of the front‑end processing services.
- Support the modernization of malware analysis and develop techniques for metadata storage for knowledge management to support the defense of national security systems.
- The engineer will be part of a team that explores new technologies and prototypes new mission tools and analytics.
- The team also develops new algorithms and innovative techniques to address mission‑related problems.

Proposed salary range: $150,400 - $200,300
