ARSIEM is looking for a motivated Analytic Developer to support the exciting Device Acquisition & Analytics mission. The developer will work closely with mission stakeholders to capture requirements and create innovative analytics and deploy solutions to customer supported tools to automate and enable data and metadata analysis. This position will support one of our government clients in Fort Meade, MD.

• Work directly with data scientists as well as mission analysts to solve the most demanding strategic problems
• Perform end-to-end software engineering to prototype, develop, integrate, test, and deploy tools and tradecraft into the customer's corporate architecture

• Collaborate closely with customers to develop analytics based off artifacts, enrich data with various corporate sources, summarize data, and formulate results for downstream analytics and queries.
• Creatively leverage disparate data to fill knowledge gaps in user activities, collection efforts, and technology discovery.
• Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with object-oriented languages (JAVA, Python, C++) and experience with Jupyter Notebooks, GHOST MACHINE, and Query Time Analytics.

• Knowledge of customer corporate tools and data repositories.

$191,000 - $214,000 a year.

The ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other laws.
