Aperio Global is seeking an Application Developer to support our Eurasia & Western Hemisphere Mission. In this role, you’ll work alongside mission stakeholders, data scientists, and intelligence analysts to design, develop, and deploy mission-focused applications that transform complex data into actionable operational capabilities.
You’ll build secure, cloud-based solutions that directly enhance analyst workflows by integrating modern application development, data visualization, APIs, and automation into mission‑critical environments.
What You’ll Do- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting intelligence mission workflows
- Build intuitive user interfaces integrated with scalable back‑end services
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs
- Create data visualization capabilities that improve analyst decision‑making
- Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for application deployment
- Develop solutions within cloud environments and customer‑specific data repositories
- Collaborate with analysts and mission stakeholders to gather requirements and rapidly deliver operational capabilities
- Integrate enterprise data sources into user‑facing applications while maintaining security and performance
- Experience developing applications that directly support operational users
- Ability to translate mission requirements into secure, scalable software solutions
- Experience working in cloud environments and customer mission data repositories

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience developing secure, end‑to‑end applications in mission environments
Salary Range: $127,000–$147,000, depending on experience level, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
The salary range for this role represents Aperio’s good‑faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Placement within the range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to an individual’s qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications, technical skills, contract labor categories and/or rates, work location, market conditions, and business needs.
