Accounts Payable Associate

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will support the day‑to‑day AP function and process a high volume of vendor invoices using our AP automation platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing vendor invoices (coding, keying, and payment reconciliation)
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Responding to vendor inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Supporting check runs and payment processing
• Maintaining organized files and documentation
• Assisting with month‑end and year‑end processing

This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail in a deadline‑driven environment.

• High school diploma required;
  Associate degree in Business or Accounting preferred
• 1+ year of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience preferred
• Experience with accounting software a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
