Commercial Construction Estimator

I am currently partnering with a well-established and highly reputable commercial general contractor experiencing steady growth. Due to increased project volume, they are adding an Estimator to their team.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare conceptual and hard bid estimates
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
• Work with project management and field teams during preconstruction
• Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and scope reviews

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Experience with ground-up or renovation projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, Plan Swift, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar)
