Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting sales operations through effective communication and organizational skills. This is a Long-term Contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage customer quotes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Communicate proactively with customers to address inquiries, ensure satisfaction, and facilitate the progression of sales opportunities.

- Perform precise data entry into internal systems to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and efficient customer experiences.

- Handle administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the department.

- Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls in a thorough and courteous manner.

- Support the coordination of processes to improve workflow and customer service delivery.

- Identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance customer service operations.

- Maintain a friendly and attentive demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.

- Adapt to new systems and tools quickly to ensure ongoing efficiency. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a call center or similar environment.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented and approachable style.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Comfort with learning and navigating new systems and processes.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing quotes and performing data entry.

- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
