LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking an Associate Service Consultant to join a call center team. You will handle 30 to 40 inbound calls daily from Financial Advisors, assistants, and internal Service Associates, with occasional outbound calls to resolve Overlay Service issues.
You will maintain knowledge of GWP, MWP, OMP, PWP, and SMA products, accurately process requests, and communicate solutions clearly while supporting internal partners.
