Client Service Associate

Join our client as a Financial Service Professional and become a key player in empowering financial advisors to help their clients achieve their dreams. You will receive extensive training, hands‑on coaching, and then serve as the first point of contact for advisors and their investors, handling 25‑30 inbound contacts daily ranging from simple inquiries to complex financial transactions.
What You’ll DoUpon completing training, you will be onboarded to a team where you will:
- Deliver world‑class service, embodying client‑centric values.
- Use critical thinking to solve issues in real time and ensure client satisfaction.
- Research and navigate databases to provide accurate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve efficient and effective resolutions.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience.
- 0‑2+ years in a client‑facing, service‑oriented role, ideally within a team environment.
- Strong empathy, problem‑solving abilities, initiative, ownership, attention to detail, and proficiency with computers and customer‑service software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Desirable: experience or education in the financial services industry.
- Registration:
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) is a plus.
Shifts are scheduled between 8 am EST and 8 pm EST, Monday‑Friday. Possible schedules include 4‑day weeks, 10‑hour days, or 5‑day weeks. The role is hybrid; after training you will work part time at home and part time at the office.
CompensationEstimated Min Rate: $14.00
Estimated Max Rate: $20.00
