Responsibilities

* Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom

* Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum with hands-on activities and character-based learning

* Build relationships with families and colleagues

* Communicate regularly with parents about milestones and achievements

Requirements

* Passion for early childhood education

* 1 year of professional experience (preferred) or 6 months (required)

* ECE-related Associate Degree (preferred) or HS Diploma/GED (required)

* Meets all applicable state licensing requirements

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
