• Coordinate daily operations of assigned classrooms.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for child care.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
• Maintain class ratios and ensure availability of resources for classroom success.
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop creative, engaging curriculum.
• Communicate with parents daily through mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Engage with childcare professionals and continue to grow professionally.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
• Works productively without supervision within established policies and procedures.
• Highly motivated, takes direction well, and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, enjoys working in teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening and constructive follow-up.
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations.
• Meets background check eligibility.
