Job Overview

As part of LPL’s Client Readiness Program, the Learning & Enablement Specialist focuses on designing and delivering digital educational tools and resources for all clients, regardless of affiliation. The role supports the Enablement & Engagement AVP in managing the digital community presence and one‑to‑many digital events for new clients.

The primary goals include creating a client experience that makes it easy to do business with LPL, building confident clients across all affiliation structures, and harmonizing digital asset standards to ensure a cohesive end‑to‑end journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate emerging Client Readiness educational learning paths.
  • Partner with SMEs to harmonize and validate content across Platform, Business, and Tech Readiness domains.
  • Develop dynamic training content using tools such as Microsoft 365, Adobe Illustrator, Camtasia, Vimeo, Canva, and AI‑enhanced tools.
  • Establish and maintain a content governance model, audit routines, design standards, and templates in line with LPL brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for the digital client community and project‑based event support, including calendar management, speaker coordination, tech setup, and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Track webinar insights and outcomes with analytics to refine future strategy.
  • Stay current with new learning technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience developing educational resources or digital learning pathways.
  • Full‑lifecycle experience from needs analysis to rollout and measurement.
  • Proven experience designing training for multiple user groups or affiliate networks.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical or operational information into engaging, user‑centric training.
  • Portfolio demonstrating skills in e‑learning development, video production, and visual design.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI tools for content design.

Pay Range

$62,006.00 – $ (actual base salary varies based on skill, experience, education, and location).
