Join our dynamic team as a Transmission Line Engineer II in either Fort Mill, SC, or Marietta, GA. We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in transmission line engineering, particularly with expertise in PLS-CADD software. While an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification is preferred, it's not mandatory. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, analyzing, and maintaining transmission line projects to ensure their safe and reliable operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transmission Line Design:
  Utilize PLS-CADD software and other industry-standard tools to design and analyze transmission line systems, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Project Coordination:
  Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Technical Expertise:
  Conduct technical studies and analyses using PLS-CADD to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Compliance and Documentation:
  Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation.
• Continuous Learning:
  Stay updated with industry trends and participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in transmission line design, analysis, or related roles with proficiency in PLS-CADD.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, transmission line design standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• EIT or FE certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
