Silfab Solar is seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee quality control for modules and manufacturing processes in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment. You will develop procedures, SWIs, and control plans, and drive continuous improvement across the production flow.
The role requires collaboration with leadership, root-cause analysis, and experience with SPC, PFMEA, and PPAP submissions. A BS degree in engineering or physics is expected, with QE accreditation a plus.
