YourKey Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate regional activities related to energy management and green production across North and South American locations.
- Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO 50001 Energy Management System in alignment withe corporate requirements.
- Drive initiatives to improve energy efficiency, water efficiency, and landfill reduction.
- Collect, validate, analyze and maintain energy and sustainability related data.
- Support and collaborate with corporate, EHS, regional colleagues across Schaeffler Production System organization.
- Plan and coordinate complex non-routine repairs or infrastructure investments, and lead projects in cooperation with Engineering, IT and/or Digitalization, for facilities assigned.
- Cooperate with Industrial Engineering in the continuous optimization of facilities and technical infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
- Advanced engineering & physics knowledge.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
- Continuous improvement approach.
- Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
- Experience with ISO management systems.
- Experience in facility or supply system engineering, construction, or industrial maintenance.
