Loan Officer Assistant

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Loan Officer Assistant located in Fort Mill, SC. The Loan Officer Assistant will support Executive Branch Manager by ensuring the efficient processing of loan applications and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, underwriting teams, and other stakeholders; managing and reviewing paperwork; and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves staying informed about mortgage products and assisting in resolving any loan-related issues.

• Experience working with Loan Officers and familiarity with the Mortgage Industry
• Proficiency in Underwriting processes and understanding of relevant documentation
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the mortgage field is a plus
• Prior experience in a lending or financial institution is desirable
