WhatYou’ll Do
- Process compensation sharing arrangements for new and existing advisors with precision and efficiency
- Support backlog clean-up and resolve complex compensation issues
- Collaborate with multiple teams including Registration, Service, QA, Transitions, and Business Consulting
- Research and translate financial data to facilitate commission payouts
- Assist with new office onboarding and other process improvement initiatives
- Basic proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP functions
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator who asks questions and seeks clarity
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Experience with Pivot Tables in Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle, Beta, or similar financial systems
- Familiarity with ASAT, Salesforce, or Visio
- Prior experience in commissions processing or financial accounting
- Strong typing skills with the ability to show work and include formulas in assessments
- 2-3 years of experience in financial services or accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in a financial or related field preferred
- Financial industry certifications such as SIE are highly desirable
- Ability to work onsite three days a week in a hybrid schedule (Monday–Wednesday in Fort Mill)
- Availability for a 3-month contract with a high likelihood of extension or permanent placement
- Completion of Excel and Typing assessments (assessment files to be submitted with application)
