We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Analyst to join our team and lead complex conversion activities. This role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise, process improvement skills, and project execution experience. You will be responsible for managing and executing conversions – including client mailings, block transfers, account deconversions, as well as both internal and external conversion activities related to the Liquidity and Succession program – ensuring timely completion, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities- Manage and execute conversion activities ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
- Evaluate office setups and assess the impact of conversions, ensuring proper planning and execution to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct analytic research of estimated advisory fee adjustment impacts, revenue sharing arrangements, and bank contracts, identifying missing documentation and reconciling discrepancies through to completion.
- Review diligence questionnaires and engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and sponsors, to ensure accuracy and clarity in conversion activities.
- Coordinate with business units on conversion execution.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams including LPL partners, third‑party partners and firms/advisors in execution of assigned activities.
- Oversee the coordination and quality control of analyst work where appropriate with a lens on risk and controls management.

- 8+ years of related professional experience in financial services, preferably in operations or trading.
- Thrive and excel in a very fast paced environment with a proven ability to manage concurrent complex projects and the ability to prioritize work, identify and manage escalations, and push for execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak as a subject matter expert, with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Client centric approach and mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to use various tools and techniques for research and analysis including the application of best practices.
- Expertise in data analysis with a focus on detail and accuracy as well as inference‑making, and analytical pro‑active problem‑solving and prevention.
- Challenges status‑quo thinking with a different point of view to arrive at better results.
- Ability to exercise a risk‑based mindset (financial, regulatory, reputational) when presented with opportunities and determining solutions.
- Advanced Excel and other data analytical skills.
- Experience with clearing/custodial platforms such as BETA, Pershing or National Financial.
- Proficient in tools such as Alteryx and SQL.
- Lean Six Sigma, encouraged.
- Industry licensing encouraged.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
$61,877-$103,129/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
