Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Analyst to join our team and lead complex conversion activities. This role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise, process improvement skills, and project execution experience. You will be responsible for managing and executing conversions – including client mailings, block transfers, account deconversions, as well as both internal and external conversion activities related to the Liquidity and Succession program – ensuring timely completion, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute conversion activities ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
    • Evaluate office setups and assess the impact of conversions, ensuring proper planning and execution to minimize disruptions.
    • Conduct analytic research of estimated advisory fee adjustment impacts, revenue sharing arrangements, and bank contracts, identifying missing documentation and reconciling discrepancies through to completion.
    • Review diligence questionnaires and engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and sponsors, to ensure accuracy and clarity in conversion activities.
    • Coordinate with business units on conversion execution.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams including LPL partners, third‑party partners and firms/advisors in execution of assigned activities.
  • Oversee the coordination and quality control of analyst work where appropriate with a lens on risk and controls management.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of related professional experience in financial services, preferably in operations or trading.

Preferences
  • Advanced Excel and other data analytical skills.
  • Experience with clearing/custodial platforms such as BETA, Pershing or National Financial.
  • Proficient in tools such as Alteryx and SQL.
  • Lean Six Sigma, encouraged.
  • Industry licensing encouraged.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
Pay Range

$61,877-$103,129/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
