Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Senior Associate FP&A - Pharmacy and Care New Charlotte, North Carolina, United States

Healthcare is complex. We’re here to change that.

RVO Health is a health technology company on a mission to make health easier to navigate, more accessible, and more affordable for everyone.

Here, you’ll help over 40 million people every month, with a team that genuinely cares about the work and each other.

At A Glance

Do you gain energy from owning a business, not just reporting on one? This role is the finance owner of RVO Health’s Pharmacy & Care P&L — including our Cash Card business and Rx on Demand, our fast-growing asynchronous care solution. The Senior FP&A Associate owns these financials from revenue through EBITDA, builds the pricing and scenario models behind key business decisions, and presents performance to business leadership on a weekly basis.

This is a high-visibility seat with unusually broad scope, in a business that is growing quickly and where priorities move fast. If you’re motivated by helping people live healthier lives and want your work to shape a business rather than describe it, this role will align with your passion.

Where You’ll Be

We believe great collaboration happens when we’re together, solving problems, learning from each other, and connecting as a team. That’s why we’re in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

Office address: 1101 Red Ventures Dr Fort Mill, SC 29707
