What We Need:

As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Brady Corp , you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data to support strategic decision‑making and drive business performance. You will provide insightful financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting that help guide the company’s financial planning and operational efficiency.

You will work out of our Fort Mill, SC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial health and growth of Brady Corp by delivering accurate financial insights and recommendations that influence key business decisions and optimize financial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure alignment with business objectives .
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis with a strong track record of supporting business decisions through data‑driven insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations relevant to the role.
