Service Center Representative
As a Supervision Support Professional, you will serve as the first point of contact for financial professionals. This role involves providing customer service for supervision technology, addressing questions about industry regulations, and guiding individuals through continuing education, registration, and licensing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for technology walkthroughs and regulatory inquiries.
- Support processes for registration and licensing.
- Address questions regarding FINRA, SEC, and state rules.
- Assist with matters related to mutual funds, annuities, and general securities.
- Collaborate with business partners on escalated issues.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of recent customer service experience.
- Knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, annuities, and general securities.
- Familiarity with FINRA, SEC, and state rules and regulations.
- Must possess an active Series 7 License. A FINRA SIE and Series 63 are also required or must be passed within 90 days of employment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and maintain knowledge in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in multitasking with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- One to two years of financial services experience focused on investment products.
- Previous working knowledge of securities and insurance licensing.
- Experience with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Continuous feedback and coaching are provided to support career advancement. Team members are encouraged to obtain additional licensing, such as the Series 66, 24, or 9/10.
