Role Overview We are seeking a matching analyst for a financial services client. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the financial services industry and a willingness to operate in a dynamic, customer-driven environment. Attention to detail is paramount, and strong customer service and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
* Matching Analyst supports the process by researching, reconciling, and matching trades to the appropriate approvals before Principal review.
* Provide administrative support as required.

Required Qualifications + Strong data entry, reconciliation, and matching experience within Financial Services+ Experience updating and tracking records in workflow tools (Smartsheet experience preferred)+ Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify exceptions and discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated client interaction and customer service skills.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Capacity to work independently while seeking assistance when necessary.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility to learn quickly and adapt to changing tasks.
