Bright Star Care - Up to $17.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, and recording vital signs;
Assisting with daily tasks such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping;
Providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping;
Assisting with mobility and activities of daily living as needed;
Following the patient's plan of care and documenting care notes
