Responsibilities and Skills- General Testing:
Strongly Desired; well versed with manual and automation testing. - Test case design and execution
- Defect tracking
- Functional domain knowledge
- Adherence to processes and standards
- Tool proficiency (Selenium, JUnit etc.)
- Scripting and coding skills
- BDD (Gherkin for BDD Testing)
- Desired general understanding of Dev Ops process and CI/CD
- Agile tools & process
- Root cause analysis and risk assessment
- General database understanding
- Desired good knowledge of database understanding
- Ability to write database scripts for verification and data retrieval
- Database testing techniques (Data validation)
- Problem solving
- Communication, teamwork and collaboration (Tools - Teams, Confluence, JIRA etc.)
- Quick learner, adaptability, time management and prioritization
