IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Overview
Description
An Experienced Scrum Master must have experience leading multiple Scrum teams and applying Agile techniques. They will be responsible for facilitating ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives), removing impediments, coaching on Scrum values, and ensuring delivery of quality software, often using tools like Jira/Confluence, managing dependencies, and tracking metrics for tech projects.
Responsibilities- Agile Facilitation:
Leading daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. - Impediment Removal:
Identifying and escalating blockers to ensure smooth team progress. - Coaching & Mentoring:
Guiding teams to adopt and mature in Agile/Scrum practices. - Transparency:
Creating visible information radiators (burndown charts, velocity). - Project Leadership:
Managing dependencies and milestones, coordinating releases. - Tool Proficiency:
Using tools like Jira, JQL, and Confluence.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 – $80.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
