Responsibilities- Lead technical innovation for the contact center platform and oversee multiple agile teams to shape omni-channel customer experience solutions.
- Drive transformation projects in the contact center space, including platform modernization, tech debt reduction, and incremental system upgrades.
- Coordinate across teams with strong cross-team communication and collaboration to deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Deep expertise in NICE CXone (full suite preferred) or equivalent cloud contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Google).
- Strong technical leadership with hands-on coding and architectural experience.
- Proven success in contact center transformation projects.
- Experience in platform modernization, tech debt reduction, and incremental system upgrades.
- Excellent cross-team coordination and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with Nexidia analytics within NICE CXone.
- Knowledge of IVR, routing, and contact management systems.
- Vendor management and partner collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with large-scale platform pivots and strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on technical leadership in contact center or cloud platform environments.
- Ability to get involved in code review and architecture decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving platform strategies.
- Capability to guide teams through modernization initiatives.
