We at Coforge are hiring Technical Project Manager/ Scrum Master with the following skillset:

• Strongly Desired Expert level experience in managing the project's scope and timelines.
• Understand the technical context, architecture, and product roadmap to effectively support the engineering team.
• Help the team adopt engineering best practices:
  Dev Ops pipelines, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, etc.
• Partner with Technical Leads to ensure sprint goals align with technical feasibility.
• Ensuring sprints coordination, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
• Mentoring team members in Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Experience working with software engineering teams (web, mobile, cloud, API, microservices, etc.)
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders.
• Experienced in monitoring progress and matrices.
• Good knowledge of Tools like Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, Miro, or similar.
• Behaviour skills In-depth knowledge of scrum framework, roles, ceremonies, artifacts and principles .
• Possesses product and industry knowledge
• Embracing agile methodology
• Adaptability and Agility Time management and prioritization
