CXOne Quality Analytics & Platform Insights Engineer

• Hands‑on experience with Nexidia, CXOne Quality Management, and/or advanced CXOne analytics tools
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Ability to operate independently and own end‑to‑end deliverables
• Knowledge of IVR/contact management technologies and customer journey data
• Proven ability to support enterprise‑scale contact center environments

• Experience with observability tooling, monitoring frameworks, or performance dashboards
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other CRM/CTI data structures
• Background in regulated industries with compliance standards
• Knowledge of routing, metadata tagging, and platform integration best practices
• Previous involvement in platform stability and system health analysis

• B.A./B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years supporting contact center analytics or quality assurance environments
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise analytics platforms and quality management tools

• Ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams and stakeholders
• Strong documentation and training skills
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast‑paced, lean engineering environment
