Enterprise Architect

In this pivotal role, you will lead the architectural design and strategic deployment of a multi-tenant M365 environment, enabling seamless, scalable, and compliant collaboration for thousands of advisors. Your expertise will drive significant modernization efforts, ensuring the platform supports evolving business needs, regulatory requirements, and cutting‑edge features such as Teams and Copilot, all while working with a dynamic, global team.

• Deep expertise in Exchange Online, Active Directory, and the M365 ecosystem
• Extensive experience with Azure architecture, including identity and access management (IAM) and Entra
• Proven track record designing multi-tenant architecture at enterprise scale
• Strong knowledge of DNS, email routing, and federation in complex environments
• Experience with large‑scale migration tools and methodologies

• Managed service provider experience supporting thousands of tenants
• Familiarity with governance frameworks, policies, and information boundary implementation
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Lighthouse and automation via Power Shell/Graph API
• Background in regulated industries, especially financial services
• Multilingual or cross‑cultural communication skills, with experience working across different regions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• 8+ years of architecture experience in enterprise environments
• Demonstrable experience leading cross‑functional teams and engaging with senior executives
• Prior success in large multi‑tenant M365 migration projects involving 25,000+ users in regulated environments

• Availability for hybrid work schedule, ideally collaborating with international teams during overlapping hours
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Certifications related to Azure or Microsoft 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are advantageous
