• Data Analytics Focused environment background
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and principles
• Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams and projects
• Jira proficiency, including backlog management and querying
• Ability to remove impediments and elevate issues effectively

• Program/Operations-oriented mindset
• Data Analytics background with knowledge of AWS tech stack
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies
• Product management or product owner background in data-focused environments
• High-level JIRA admin skills in project tools and dashboards

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field
• 5+ years of Agile/Scrum Master or project development experience, particularly in financial services or wealth management
• Experience facilitating multiple teams in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible work schedule with a hybrid office model (ideally 2–3 days onsite)
• Willingness to support ongoing process improvements and potentially work on future roles
• Certifications such as Scrum Master certifications are a plus, not mandatory
