MUST HAVESKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience with Oracle HCM, OCR and Payroll including system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Certification in Oracle HCM or related technologies.
- Experience with project management and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
