This position will support the Reference Data Master (System of Record) team with analysis and delivery of quality data around multiple strategic initiatives. The role requires analyzing and understanding business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and collaborating with technology teams to develop solutions that align with business objectives within the Fin Tech industry. Responsibilities- Analyze and translate business requirements into solutions and evaluate trade‑offs between effort and return on value. Socialize these trade‑offs with the project team and stakeholders.
- Analyze complex business processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend technology‑driven solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Contribute to short‑and long‑term planning sessions, ensuring the team understands business goals and direction.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate subject‑matter experts, communicate requirements to the development team, and ensure the final product meets business needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources on business and non‑functional requirements and functional design. Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to plan and prioritize sprints.
- Perform data mining, mapping, and compile data analysis. Lead design sessions.
- Coordinate design, development, and release activities, maintaining high standards of documentation, including detailed business values, high‑level data flow diagrams, and data usage for consumers.
- Develop a vision for high‑quality products and drive the achievement of success criteria.
- Strategically manage requirements throughout the SDLC, participating in design discussions, UAT, and deployments.
- Review test plans and conduct user acceptance testing when necessary. Work with architects to build blueprints and road maps.
- Provide status updates and reporting throughout each project lifecycle to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and communicate them to the team.
- Efficiently manage a team within a fast‑paced technology environment.

Requirements- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience required; financial services industry experience preferred.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams including engineering, product management, operations, compliance, and legal.
- Experience capturing and analyzing requirements, creating user stories, and maintaining Jira boards.
- Familiarity with data modeling practices and standards across conceptual, logical, and physical levels.
- Knowledge of AWS technologies – S3, Dynamo
DB, Glue, Kinesis, etc.
- Experience in the Fin Tech industry.
- Proficient in both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiar with DDL and DML SQL commands.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject‑matter experts.
- Exposure to enterprise integration tools and ETL tools.
