1. Identity Architecture & Strategy

Designing how users, apps, devices, and services authenticate across the organization
Creating long-term identity roadmaps
Advising leadership on best practices and security posture

2. Hands-On Engineering

Conditional Access policies
Identity governance workflows
App registrations and SSO integrations
Hybrid identity setups (Entra + on-prem AD)

3. Automation & Infrastructure as Code

Terraform for cloud infrastructure
Power Shell for scripting identity tasks
Git Hub for version control and CI/CD

4. Solving Complex Identity Problems

Federation issues
Authentication failures
Token/claims troubleshooting
Application integration challenges
